King Edward Hotel The historic King Edward Hotel is located in the heart of downtown Banff, right on Banff Ave. and Caribou St Review - "I stayed in this hotel 6 nights, while attending a conference nearby. My choice was based on the cost of the hotel, which is really cheap when compared with the other hotels. The only problem is the absence of breakfast. Other than that, it is totally ok. The staff are very friendly and the rooms are good. However, I was always out during the day, so I did not spend much time in the hotel. I just used it for sleeping and accessing the internet on my laptop at the end of the day."
