Cancellation Policy:

Due to the nature of our business and the limited timeframe we operate during our season, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required within seven days of making a reservation to secure a fishing confirmation with the remainder due by February 1, 2024.

Participants are responsible for total costs; no refund will be made unless a replacement is found. It is the responsibility of the guest to find their replacement. If we can fill your spot, we will try our best to do so, but it is not the lodge’s responsibility to ensure a substitute for your booking.

There will be no partial refunds for late arrivals or early departures. Riddle’s Fishing Lodge reserves the right to reschedule any trip during a stay that was delayed or canceled due to weather or any other scheduling conflicts. Riddle’s Fishing Lodge is not responsible for any emergency decision made by the Alaska department of fish and game or by acts of mother nature or Government decisions on your end or ours. If you do not believe you can meet your reservation obligation, we urge you to obtain travel or some other form of insurance.

Receipt of deposit and/or final payment acknowledges that the guest has read and accepted the cancellation/refund and responsibility clause.

As a small family company, we empathize with family challenges and personal transitions; we must also protect our livelihood and that of our employees. The best way to secure your funds and not have to worry about the ‘unexpecteds’ of life is to purchase travelers insurance.

Call (907) 283-5853 or email us for lodging-only rates. Lodging-only requests are considered on a case-by-case basis as our lodge focuses on lodging and fishing packages. But, if we can fit you into the schedule around other groups, we are not opposed to booking lodging only if it works with the calendar. If you’re looking for lodging only, it’s helpful if your dates are flexible if you’re looking to stay at a Kenai River lodge.
