Our 18-bed lodge is located right on the Kenai River in Southcentral Alaska 2.5 hours from Anchorage, Alaska. We are a family owned and operated fishing and adventure lodge with premium Kenai River access directly from our property.
Buyout packages offer your group an unforgettable Alaska fishing experience paired with modern, comfortable accommodations.
We can customize anything to fit your group needs, including travel length and actvities, but we have outlined what some of our group’s will be doing in 2027 for their schedule to give you an idea of what pricing looks like.
Many groups opt to fly everyone into Anchorage the day before arrival to the lodge and stay overnight in Anchorage and all head down together on the day of arrival.
Or, Britt can assist with booking flights from Anchorage to Kenai as guests arrive into Anchorage on check-in day so that they can skip the drive – even though it is quite scenic!
For full buyouts we still have some limited dates available for 2027 and are booking 2028.
Our 5 night 4 day Buyout Package Includes:
- Five nights lodging with breakfast each morning
- Two days guided silver salmon fishing on the Kenai River out of the boat
- One fly-out fishing trip with Alaska West Air – Turbine Beavers or Otters depending on the trip fly west across Cook Inlet to Wolverine Creek for bear viewing with a side of fishing!
- One day single-species halibut charter out of Ninilchik – or we could do a trout trip instead of an ocean day – this day would be catch and release if switched to trout
- Top-of-the-line guides, boats, and all fishing equipment

Add-Ons & Enhancements quoted based on needs:
- Welcome Reception: Many of our corporate or buy out clients host a welcome reception featuring heavy appetizers of fresh Alaska seafood along with local spirits and brews.
- Packed Lunches: We can prepare daily sack lunches for fishing and excursion days.
- Guide Gratuities Included: For most large groups they opt for us to simplify gratuities by invoicing them at $75 per person, per guided day. With four guided days, this comes to $300 per person, added to your package total.

Each of our units can be found here and are clean, modern, and fully equipped with:
- Full kitchens, private baths, towels/linens, paper products
- In-room coffee, teas, basic cooking oils and seasonings
- Access to a riverside deck, fire pit, and covered BBQ area stocked with utensils and supplies
Dining:
A continental-plus breakfast is served daily under our covered riverside area and includes rotating selections such as bagels with lox, quiche, breakfast burritos, and yogurt parfaits. To-go containers are available if your group heads out early for excursions. Guests often cook additional meals onsite using the BBQ area or enjoy dining out in nearby Kenai (10 minutes away) or Soldotna (15 minutes away).
Additional Services:
- Onsite fish processing ($2.75/lb finished weight) and insulated fish boxes for purchase ($35 per box)
- Grocery stores, restaurants, and delivery options located nearby
- Assistance with travel logistics from Anchorage (30-minute commuter flight to Kenai or 3-hour drive)
Not Included:
Car rentals, transportation, meals beyond breakfast (except add-ons above), alcohol, and fishing licenses. Guests will need to purchase a 7-day non-resident sport fishing license online before arrival: ADF&G License Portal.
Due to our short season, reservations require the 50% non-refundable deposit within 15 days of booking. We also strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
